torment 1 your able to get a small % chance to get set items and ancient items, the higher you go up the better

I also get most of mine when I goto that shop girl and spend those blood stone things

You have a chance to get set items at any level basically
Just the d3 loot system is meh you should spend blood shards at kadala for the best chance to get set items

Looks terrible.. I was looking forward to a fable type RPG that I could spend loads of time playing.. This isn't it.
