yeahh bro i got past the bull and the big knight at the church , now ive got decent weapons but cant wear them yet,
now im at the top of the castle where u can summon an allie to fight 2 big birds , of course they killed me.

U can summon 2 actually. Save dude that's in the cell on the other side where u go to the boss fight and talk to him in the bottom of firelink shrine. His summon sign is after the first ladder to the boss fight with the two gargoyles. If ur having trouble with it just focus on blocking/dodging and only attack after they miss. Keep ur guard up tho. It's an easy as fuck fight. Did u get the drake sword?

Titanites r basically upgrade/crafting materials. For the drake sword you'll need dragon scales. Try farming the burg and parish to lvl up enough to use the drake sword. It's worth it that early in the game imo


But yes upgrades r perm.

If you are talking about the Belfry gargoyles make sure you aim to cut one of their tails off for a missable weapon.

Why are bows sooooooooo goddamn hard to aim?

I'm trying to knock the tail off the dragon on the bridge, nearly out of arrows, killed the shop guy for the Uchi.

Is there some place nearby I can restock arrows?

U gotta press left bumper to go into aim mode. Works on bows only tho. No crossbows. As far as buying arrows there's a blacksmith not too far from the drake sword dragon. Underneath the bonfire in undead parish
