preordered mine through Amazon to get the same day shipping+$10 Amazon gift. very excited for this Friday. i really like the new kill animations and am looking forward to the new assassinate ability. i was very impressed with the gameplay videos ive seen so far. i also heard from a friend that the level of the mobs will stay roughly the same instead of them leveling up as you do. i hope this is true. i always found it annoying in Oblivion that a bear in the woods was just as much of a tank at level 45 as level 5.

it would be nice to see a small section for skyrim or atleast more topics about what kinda chars people are planning on making and items they find as they play.

ill prolly go stealthy char like my first Obliv playthrough. being able to sneak attack for additional damage, pickpocket/steal easily, and being able to find a corner to creep in while ur health/magicka regenerates is very handy. and the new assassinate kill gives all the more reason to do it :).

i've always thought more games should incorporate a coup de grace-like attack on weak/unsuspecting victims.

Going to the mid-night release tonight. But not waiting 12 hours in line... Hmmmm. i think i'll show up at about 11:45... and be out of there be 12:15

pretty much the same, i will leave here at like 11:30, get there 1/4 to midnight prolly take about an hour but whatevers. THERE WILL BE SKYRIM.

IGN no longer does anything that doesn't end in .0 or .5 so that's why.

And I don't understand why people go to a midnight release, don't you work/go to school/sleep?

I'm super excited for it but I'd never go to a midnight release.

Dont get me wrong, i love the Elder Scrolls. But i pity them fan boys... Probably already standing in line xD
