What?

The better the skills the bigger the cut

UNLESS you use someone with bad stats throughout the heists and leveled their stats up, their stats increase but cut stays the same

OR are you talking about your actual crew members like Mike Trevor and Frank

Because you're probably not taking the best crew members? The crew members that are good and take a low cut are not plentiful. There's the woman driver, she's the second best drive and she takes a low one, then there's the hacker who sucks but if you took him on the first one he becomes good for the last one.

Packie, Eddie Toh, Gustavo Mota and Paige Harris never screw up, They're the best crew members in the game. If you take them, they can't fuck up. If you take crappy people, well, that's your fault.
