Easy way to power level new chars..

Great Ape Festival parallel quest, just slam the 3 apes to kill them, and kill the time patrolled after. Easy 50k+ experience in 5 minutes.

Level 1 to 22 in one quest.. ha

I know its parallel quest 14 but is there anything specific to unlock it?
