It only 'forces' you to transform once. You don't ever need to again, although its a fast as fuck way to travel. You'll be good no worries, and 100% resists disease

I think there's a Daedric ring or something too that allows you to turn into a Werewolf 2x a day too. That'd be helpful as hell.

I like the armor you can get from the quest better

I can't bring myself to kill him :x I just let him live in the grotto

if you transform in public you get a bounty lol, but aside from that it's not hard to use, just hide and use it or use it when people aren't around.
