Just because a game is old doesn't affect the # of players if the game was great.

Examples being.

D2
COD 4
Orange Box
Halo 2
Gears of war

I could go on.

dude, CoD, TF2 arnt that old.. D2 is by far the oldest i really wouldnt have compared it to the games you did

My definition of old

With the exception of diablo 2

"Game that is not the current one of the series"

E.g. GoW 2 is now out.

Halo 3 is now out

Cod 5 is out MW 2 is coming out

Diablo 3 is fairly close to release.

My point is there are newer options for that series it doesn't mean people will stop playing the other option just because its older.

.... still, dont compare the oldness of say GoW to the oldness of D2... unless you state that this was out much longer a.i. is better
