They do. It's called an added 10 seconds to spawn.

Wouldn't be so bad if there were only pump shotguns, atleast you can't afford to miss with it most of the time. If they put the AA-12 or something like that in bf3 I'm going to rage

i used to play w/ saiga + slugs + magnum on bc2
killed everyone xD but limited to rounds so kill 1 or 2 people and have to reload
