E TBH whole Speech, LP or PP is useless, at least those perks.

some of them are nice though, like vendors having more money, that way you don't have to go around selling to multiple people.
or pickpocket has +100 carry weight, good for hoarders lol, and lockpicking has key and find bonus gold/loot.

but getting to them seems like such a waste of perks

Just bought it earlier today. So far, I'm a level 8 nord or w/e and have been leveling one-handed, blocking, enchanting, smithing, and heavy armor. Am I on the right track or am I an idiot?

if you like playing char like that then it's np it's role playing game so you are allowed to create any kind of char you want

Smithing/Enchanting are the two most important skill tiers, imo.

imo enchant aint important at all

That's nice, I like having dual enchantments on all of my items.
