You can get this much armor with any armor in the game, even basic fur armor with the use of potions. how many "suffixes" [if that's what they're called] are there in enchanting?

You can have a total of "3" things on your armor, and two for your weapon. For 3 enchantments, you use a magic enhancement that has a mana regen built into it + an enchantment of your choosing. Otherwise, if you want like stamina and resists then you'll have to pick them and only have two. The pieces that have the mana regen built in aren't very good unless you're a mage type character though.

nonono. not on your armor. i'm talking about the chantments you get when you disenchant a piece of armor. how many of those are there in game? the chantments.

you can buy ebony ingots/ore from blacksmiths
and you can actually buy daedric hearts from enthir, he sells 2 at a time, just gotta wait for him to restock.
