Im intereted into seeing how things pan out for both xbox and sony
I thought next gen was going to be postponed due to the pandemic but i was wrong about that, everythings still being released as mentioned pre pandemic, for holiday season 2020
In reality, Its all going to boil down to the games, speed, power, all of that means nothing at the end of the day if you dont have the software to back up the hardware
I was team sony since the launch of the original playstation but i recently bought a switch and i havent touched any of my 2 ps4s, ps3 or my ps vita for the past 3 weeks and the switch is pretty much a glorified ps3

See didn’t I tell u that the console wasn’t going to delayed only the games was going to be
Also when I got the switch I haven’t played Xbox or PS4 in months
When I get a next gen Xbox or PS5 I won’t touch my switch

For the lack of games on Xbox at launch ea access will be free for those who have Xbox game pass

I just didnt think the timing was right, or even feasible to release a next gen console when the world is scared and facing a global pandemic but what do i know

EA sucks and i dont think i need much explanation behind it but you know, whatever, good for those who like sports games i guess and dont mind server closures after a year

Will definitely be getting one when they release (hopefully). Can finally retire my original xbox one that my wifes been using to play CoD on. Of course she will get my xbox one x while I get the Series X. Can't wait

Kind of expected the price point to be around there. Happy to have a pre-order date though.
It seems playstation has the better offer in terms of games and ea access with gamepass is like getting free garbage with your subscription so meh.
Still getting an xbox over playstation because that's where my friends are.

Specs mean nothing when Sony clearly has far and away better exclusives. Would take better gameplay over better specs any day

With how shitty poe runs on xb1x and ps4, I would say specs definately matter. True not many games are as hardware intensive as poe, but that's the main game me and all my friends play.

That's one game out of many, I would agree COD pushes the system to it's limit but that is purely just 1 example. Completely disregards the point though, Xbox's exclusives have become a joke
