Here's a breakdown from a site that has been historically ps friendly, and even they confirm the one x is more powerful. CPU, GPU, ram, memory bandwidth, its no contest unless you want to deal with ps gimmicky vr.

If your talking brand new xbox then yea will clearly be better than ps4. But comparing the ps4 to xbox one s the ps4 was slighlty better. Im gonna assume the ps5 will also slighlty out perform the one x upon its release.
