the order doesnt really matter unless you have patches then load those first other than that it doesnt matter

This is false. The order matters a lot when you have a large list like he does. Some mods will clash with eachother if not done in the right order which can crash the game, have graphical glitches or worse, corrupt a save file.

Actually the load order does indeed matter. Trust me. I have played with a bad order. Thats the reason I am here. It does not work very well
