it'll be forgotten in a week lol

99% of games are forgotten by the press and public in a week or 2 unless its a game like Destiny or The Division that is constantly pumping out new patches/weapons/missions etc etc. No one will be talking about Uncharted a week or 2 after its released because everyone will have put out all their videos on collectibles/walkthroughs/reviews etc etc.

If that's the trolling your going to do now then you might as well just stop cause that's pretty weak lol

And? I didn't say no one would ever play Uncharted or any other game after its been out for a week lol. Im saying for the most part everyone/the media stops talking about single player games a week or 2 after release. I have bought Quantum Break but haven't played it yet and probably wont for a couple more weeks. Doesn't mean I or the hundreds of thousands of people that buy it after the first week its out wont still be interested in it,but it will be "forgotten" in terms of media and word of mouth. Its no big secret that hype for almost every game,movie,music....any entertainment outlet dies after a week unless its something like Star Wars or Call of Duty or The Division. Its just reality. They will be brought back up at the end of the year for award season if they are truly good enough,but beyond that the hype dies.

Are we counting Uc1/2/3 and Natahn Drake collection as separate games?

Im talking about the franchise in general just like every other franchise. A game rarely gets talked about much after its release unless it gets dlc or new maps until the end of the year when all the awards start coming out. Do fans still talk about it sometimes?Ya of course. Ratchet and Clank comes out this week and will get a lot of media coverage,it will be talked about here in the Sony forums,on other forums and social media and everything and then in a week or 2 its social media traffic,media coverage etc etc will be pretty much non existent. Doesn't mean its not a great game.Same with Quantum Break,Uncharted,Bloodborne etc etc. Im pretty much done with this convo as its kinda pointless now,i was simply stating his comment about it being "forgotten" in a week applies to virtually every game

But by that logic people talked about Nathan Drake Collection and that was well after the original release. All in saying is your point makes no sense.
