just can't sign into live

My brother plays everyday & he was playing last night.

Never had a problem besides when lizard squad did their shit

I played yesterday at different times no issues. Never had an issue not caused by my ISP.

What kinda issues could my isp be having

my buddy can't get on his 360 either

I can't even connect to xbox live, network test is good multiplayer test fails
