but playing borderlands @ release is fun

It's just as fun later imo. Don't need that many players to make it fun

i like how battlefield hardline got a bunch of shit for being an obvious mod of the base game, and this reason helps with nobody giving a fuck about hardline. And then you have this, an obvious mod of a base game, that looks fun as shit and worth buying. way to go EA, you simply cannot win

Part of me wants to think it will be but I dont want to get hopes up. Probably be a fun game for a short time and they get boring just like the others. They are really easy to beat and get all achievements in the games leaving you with literally nothing else to do but farm for gear or create a new character. I guess the only bonus is they do release a lot of expansions but they dont take long to beat
