I think one gives extra levels or something I don't know for sure I don't think they are worth it though.

Probably my favorite arcade game I have played so far.

I got it on release and had a group of guys I played with. Then the modders came through

I never really heard of it until they released it free.
So far I have only played in private games either by myself or with friends.

Gear with maxed stats making it so you can't die, has +999 to all skills, and can one shot any monster.
