If you think it's rough on XB1, go buy a PS4 and tell us how rough that is.

So you didn't read anything about the console an it's relationship to the internet before your purchase like any reasonable person would have done?

It's 2014. If you're internet is completely terrible to the point that it takes you 8 hours to download an update for Call of Duty, how could you expect to play that said game online?

If you're going to buy future technology, make sure you're willing to move into the future with it.

It wouldn't be hard to believe. Depending on where you're at you don't get a lot of choices and/or speed. US is behind other nations in networking infrastructure etc.

Thing is, I have no problems playing the game online now that it is downloaded...

I just don't understand why they made it compulsory to have a game installed before you can play, especially given the low storage space you get...

I'm not questioning Xbox over PS4 or vice versa, I'm questioning next-gen consoles on the whole

Well in that case... They are meant for truly high speed internet 15+/5+ Mbps.

Regarding the Kinect, I think it's garbage and that they should offer a system cheaper without Kinect and including the media remote.

Regarding the HDD, it should have been 1TB at least, but they skimped. 500GB is still enough for me even given the larger sizes of the games, you can only play so many games at one time.
