If people where buying simply because of a graphics they would buy a PC.

Everyone knows the PlayStation 4 has better hardware than the Xbox One so for now at least it will get better graphics and in some cases better frames; though to a point of eye exploding noticeable difference just isn't going to happen with mutliplats.

The games as a whole will look the same and play the same. The only difference is, like they said, it looks slightly better on PlayStation 4.
