You also need to realize developers haven't fully utilized the Xbox 1 to it's maximum capabilities. Most of the games now are also on 360 (Black Flag and Ghosts for example).

Think of how the 360 improved over time. Compare Gears of War 1 to Gears of War 3, graphics wise. Huge improvement.
