Most of the American streams originated from the first leaked copies; a stolen shipment from Oakland, so Rockstar and Microsoft have been cracking down hard. That first guy who leaked video? His console and IP got banned. Rockstar tried so hard to keep everything safe till launch. Should have put time lock software on it (Like most PC games have now). Would have saved the (negative) overreaction on the game so far.
