You get an online pass when you buy the game...... Thats not paying twice. Like it has been said before, most companys will be switching to the online passes soon anyways.

I don't understand what people don't get about online passes... They make it seem like it's on the same level as DLC being on the disk.

Yes it is, because the licences are dispensed by SONY and not EA

Not if you buy it used. Online passes are HORRIBLE for gamers. Online passes = lower resale value. Why would any of you guys defend EA on this? Is NOT having online passes hurting you?

Any game that I buy to play online, is new enough that i might as well buy it new. Online pass only what like $10 anyways? I know gamestop puts online passes in with used games they sell. At least they do at mine.
