engineers need good structure placement and definately need to know how to spycheck and keep their structures alive while taking out spys
demomen can be great if they know how to bounce the explosives
scout...well im not sure about that one really, nothing hard about him, just need to have good aim and stuff
pyros help engineers by spychecking everybody that comes near their sentrys, and also need to switch often between flamethrower and shotgun, also need to juke people so you can stay close range
soldier is really nothing
heavy is pretty easy too, but id imagine they have trouble with spys, i dont know though i never play heavys

im sorry but engineers just need how to navigate the map... which gives good placement, which is for pyros, scouts, i guess demos tho... they can be quite the little bitch

pyros just shoot flames.. they are mainly for spychecking in my mind..

good placement isnt really the hard part about an engineer, but its one of the little things that adds up to as why its hard
keeping yourself (and structures) alive from good spys, especially if there is more then one, is very hard
its also very hard to counter good soldiers and demomen

pyros that are lazy just shoot flames, when i play it i use the shotgun just as much if not more then the flamethrower
and as a pyro you cant go long range so you have to juke people all the time, and even more if they have more movespeed then you do

you need to rely on your team in such scenarios alright lets end this argument... spys, snipers, enigneers, and maybe a little demo man take skill... everything else is just really fun to dick around on
