Only other headsets I've used were the El Cheapo Walmart specials, or the default one that came with the Xbox 360.

The 42 are comfy and I can wear them for a few hours without them hurting my ears. They work with the 360 and xbox one, and also pc if I needed them for that.

Best part is they take batteries, so I keep a few AAA charged. Usually get several 2 hour sessions in before I need to swap em out.

The stereo sound is crisp and clear, and voice chat is also decent.

Actually got them from the real life trade forum, so they didn't cost me any money, just a bunch of time playing D2 / LS and doing graphic work for sigs vs fg.
