Now that im lvl 20 and i unlocked hard. Can someone run me through?

You need to find gear with light on it to level yourself from 21-30. I recommend doing vanguard tiger strikes, as they guarantee bluegrams. Eventually buy legendary gear from vendors at the tower of you can't find them. Then once you're 26+ attempt raids for raid gear.

Why did you buy the game if you are just going to ask people to help you?

Because you need at least 3 people to complete the raid

He also wanted help to 'boost' to level 20, now he wants help to 'run him through hard'

After that, what else is there to do? You get to the higher levels to do the harder missions, that's the main point of any game.
