you: it would be nice if u could take both my pc keys away and just give me a console version. ill never play the pc version again because i have no friend real life friends that play it
Trilieos: Okay so you're asking about two different things here really and I can answer both. So yes since it is a different platform for the game it would require the purchase of the game for the console.
you: and yet i have about 12 that are planning on getting the xb1 version but i already spent 100$ on this game god

Trilieos: I would love to be able to help with that because I do understanding not wanting the game for both the PC and console but I wouldn't be able to help with that since the purchase for the PC version was done back in March. Refunds are a very time sensitive issue and there is only a certain time frame during which we can assist.
you: there has to be a way i can just convert it like a 1 time conversion to the xb1 cmon thats 100$ and i barly played the expa cause no ffriend played d3 after how bad it got so many quit. we moved to console gaming and now alot of my older know friends are getting it

Trilieos: Believe me I understand not wanting to pay again but swaps like that are not something that we can since it is two completely different platforms account that are being discussed. We do not offer things like that when it is two different ones (platforms that is).

you: im not even asking for a refund. im asking for someone to take my pc keys away and just give me a xb1 version. you should really beable to do this. how is it fair for people in my situation that already played the game but had no one to play with
Trilieos: It is because the game is on two different platforms here -- I understand that you are not asking for a refund. It is just that one is a PC game and the other a console. When we assist with purchasing on our end we can only do the PC versions of the game -- you would have to go to a store or separate site to purchase it which is why we cannot swap them.
you: yeah but you guys gotta have like codes for the console version when you redeem u get it. could't u guys just give me a 60$ refund to paypal take both version back on pc thats a 40$ profit stilll off me and then i could use that for the console version when it apears on the market tommorrow.

Trilieos: Even if the swap were possible, we do not have codes for the console versions. Those are all physical copies.

Trilieos: No I wouldn't be able to even do a refund since the game was purchased back in March which is outside the timeframe in which we may be able to provide refunds.
