I updated call of duty. Then I went in to the game and it just sits at a black screen.
I can push home and do whatever I want. But when I go in to the game it just sits black screen.
I rebooted. Same thing.


Anyone know whats up?

do you have it on instant mode? or power saving?

I have the same problem with COD

Idk what it is.. might have to replace the disk

Disc is looking like perfect condition

If you have instant mode on you need to press select on the games tab and select quit. So it actually resets the game from being read. (Only if instant mode) Idk what to tell you if you have it in power saving and it does it.

Unplugging the power source then restarting that way fixed it

The better way to do this is to hold the power button on the Xbox One for 10 seconds and turning it back on, that clears the cache as well as restarting.

this solved mine
