It will happen to you one day... The game is sooo glitchy, rockstar doesnt give af about it. They made lots of money, now they dont care and probably working on a gta 6 that they will release in 10 years.

But i realy like epthe story mode. I use the slow mo aim cheat + fast run + fast swim + flaming bullets and try to survive the longest with 5 stars.
