I called about a payment that was charged to my account when my xbox was stolen a couple months ago.
he just gave me a 3 month, and a 12 month membership code free of charge for no reason :)

Yeah, but I didn't have to trick him or do anything illegitimate to get it. He just did it because he was a nice guy.
