start>run> type "cmd"> opens dos window type ipconfig (press enter)
where it says physical address is your computers mac address
write this down
look on your router or in owner manual it should say something about default access
usually
https://192.168.1.1type this into you web browser window (the password settings of your router should be on the router itself or in owners manual)
you should be able to access your router settings now
look around, i dont know your setup so i cant help you there
if you have a option to clone mac address do this
if you dont then you need to look for your routers mac address, change this to the physical address you wrote down earlier
then change the last number in the "cloned" physical address by 1 digit (i.e. if it is 8 change it to 7 or 9)
press enter
you should lose all internet connectivity
power down your modem
and your router
wait 1 minute
power up modem
wait till you get a solid green light
then power up router
reconnect to bnet
and no more r/d
