by getting 10fcr from craft and another 10 from one of the prefixes/suffixes

i did its really confusing

when you craft an amulet, depending on the char's level and the ilvl of the item, the more prefixes or suffixes (up to four) the item you're crafting gets
one suffix that is possible is apprentice, or 10fcr, which is added to the 5-10 fcr that the amulet gets just from crafting a caster amulet

You don't know what a prefix or suffix is? My 7 year olds know. The suffix "of the apprentice" gives 10% FCR. A crafted caster ammy has beteen 1 and 10% FCR as a feature of the craft. if you get lucky, you get 10% from the craft and 10% from the suffix.

yea i got it now i still dont understand the ilvl and the qlvl and the clvl is the charicter level

ilvl is the level of the amulet (a baal ammy is ilvl 99, which is the highest)
clvl is the character level
