Malus Handaxe or Hellforge Hammer Handaxe. Like the Horadric Staff Handaxe.
If you don't know how it's made, just take the quest item and up it in the cube like you would a uniq weapon.

(That's alot for such a cheap weapon)

You might be able to do this with the flail too, but I'm not sure.
