vouch him as a gg trader, all hrs should be assumed unperm. the majority are duped, its common sense

Uhm Hi Ive played diablo for like 6 years I think I know waht im doing but thanks for the insight!

That is very true but anytime the trader is knowledgeable that their items are poofing they should warn their traders. Ive had this many times before were I am buying the HR and the guy says "hey man theres a good cahnce this might be unperm so please perm it before you leave."

Leo doenst mention this at all so :-/. And ive handled plenty of HRs and this is the first time Ive ever had 1 poof.

I NEVER believe a hr is legit unless i know for a fact. Also, some1 selling this many hr's. u really cant expect them all to be perm can you?
