personally i think life is better than dmg and you get alot more life with life sc's... i think best is life/cres or life/lres since foh and blizz can really hurt... plus most smiters dont' have that great of STACKED res's for dealing with -5/5's etc. anyways.. i only used pcombs on my v/t i'd use maybe two pcomb lifers at the most, but really i think you're better off with life sc's.. you should be able to get about 5.2k life and still have around a 3k smite with shako/hoz
