i was just informed that the damage doesnt really matter when you use Cs, because the lightning damage is greater

The only thing those would be useful for is CS, and they need +skills not AR or dmg. Best possible is 5/30 for LLD CS.

show me a pair with 5/30 that are lld, i dont think u can get 5/30 as lld
