barbs don't really use circs for 3 reasons.

they can get better mods from rare barb helms that have def.

arreats is already good as is. you can use many different forms of it with different sockets for different uses.

barbs don't need alot of fcr, and it is usually attained from rings, and ammy, and gloves/belt. barb helmets come with much more important mods than could possibly be replaced by those other items.



that circ has nice mods though. VERY nice mods. 30 str, 59life. keep it as a trophy.
