well when u put this in a 15%ed Superior Decapitator it turns out to 400% ed so its not totally perfect

(dont believe me on that look it up on Arreats)

so ill put 150.

I know but I felt the call when I found a plain eth 5 os decapitator XD I had considered the prospect I hit 16k charge thats 32k after ds which I had 100% of

the only concern was the ar, which was still like 15k, but for some reason my hands arent like they used to be I couldnt catch em to slam em.
