Basically we'll only list interesting rules or mannerisms in Japan thats a culture shock to use.

I'll start off with this one, which really made me go "what?"

1. No dancing after 11:00pm.

No lol I study, at school
maybe ur talking about the "風営法" the clubs I go to are huge and in Chiba, sometimes shibuya but ive only had the cops cracking down on me once. But some clubs have been shut down, to abide this law that is true.
So basically, people who have never been clubbing or have no interest at all in Japan, usually think that we "clubbers" go into clubs and take drugs like Ecstacy and get high and stuff. But that's not entirely the case.

When you say, "iilegal" means you can get arrested and literally thrown into jail for dancing. I've never heard of somebody thrown into jail for "dancing" in a club.
Maybe you should do some research before you get on ur highhorse, with ambiguous topic titles.

Actually, illegal does not create a cause for being thrown into jail.

For example, illegal parking is not a situation where you would be "arrested." But it does give the government right to warn you (depending on the culture) and fine you. Further disobediance would show that you have a behavior problem, which most governments will arrest you (especially if it's done in front of a police man.)

I think I was right with what I'm saying, and my friends around me are agreeing with me (here in Umeda.) Didn't want to offer you or taunt you, but apparently I indirectly did. Sorry about that!

It's called the Fuzoku 「ふぞく」 law.
http://law.e-gov.go.jp/htmldata/S23/S23HO122.html
Legal issues (and illegal) are matters to do with the law, from citations to felonies. I am not a lawyer, but I believe it takes a misdemeanor to be brought into court/arrested. But misdemeanors can come from a citation which you ignore (especially when the citation is connected with your actual physical body.)

Example would be stepping on the grass or loitering in a shop. If someone tells you to get off and you refuse, you gonna get arrested ;P

no, I've seen Japan party scene, it's pretty mild. Lots of japanese go やばい at every small thing. But then again... I'm from Miami and been to Ibiza for a month. I think I've seen the craziest scenes so far besides Burning Man and EDC.

But I've only been to small clubs, I need to see the big ones!
In namba they just have pure and sam and daves as the biggest. It's intensely small though.

I like the Japanese culture being mild like this though, makes you enjoy things a bit more better. Spain and America is a bit on the crazy, stupid side. More stupid then crazy though.

It is specifically called the 風営法(ふうえいほう) not the 風俗法(ふうぞくほう): http://www.asahi.com/culture/news_culture/TKY201205170362.html

This law has been around since post World War II and the cops can crack down at anytime if they're too loud and disturb the local residents, a fight breaks out, or even get a call saying somebody took drugs in a dance club. It says they need a permit to operate in the article but this is just sad. LOL

Japanese scenes aren't mild at all. Maybe you should try a bigger club, when Ricardo Villalobos played in tokyo it was pretty nuts man. lol
