The beginning is confusing as shit but I can do this part.

I think the first part is supposed to be, "It's New York ne~". as for ARAMA I have no idea. I think they just screwed it up.

isn't this "ni" one too much?

btw i'd rather use a "de" after nihon than "ni" (at least my teacher told me to do so^^)

No and No.

The first particle ni is used to specify a certain time. ichigatsu MUST have particle ni, it is not optional.

The second particle ni MUST be particle ni or he (pronounced "e"). Using particle ni after a location shows there is movement to that location, you are going there. Using particle de after a location means you are already AT that location and you are doing something there.
