IIRC only way to get mine back 7yrs? ago was to buy from a .jp website, I passed it cause.. well
IDK if Blizzard has the option to allow other language downloads officially from their website but if this was true, that'd be great.
But if you take a screenshot and try to sell any items, you will get a bunch of spams (:
