Let's say I'll take a taxi in Tokyo, would something like this be allright:

"銀座に行きたいです"

とか

"東京タワアに行きたいです"

would it be that simple?

and btw, is Ginza a long street :D?

/are those phrases rude in anyway? Should I be more polite?

and also, let's say I want to be informal, could I use "da" instead of "desu" in the phrase 行きたいです

/and also, how can I say: "Anything is fine" (for example, some1 has asked what I want to eat today)

I'm not sure but those seems ok, and to make them informal you just skip the です entierly, no need for だ. たい alone makes it informal.
I think you'll like this: http://alc.co.jp/ <-- it is a good site to find good example sentences.

Anything is fine: 何でもいい.

I'll ask a native tomorrow morning about the taxi stuff if nobody else has answered by then.

yea that sounds fine. i mean, taxis deal with americans all the time so as long as you say the location correctly they can get you there.
or you can say 銀座お願いします

train/bus probably cheaper to get there btw

and its 東京タワー
