てめえ(te-me-e)
That's also a pretty colloquial version of てまえ, since it doesn't even appear in the dictionary. Something to be aware of.

anata is formal, kimi can be used too but in my japanese class we use anata only so I can only assume anata is the best one to use.
omae is used amongst people you are close to and are familiar with, you dont say it to acquaintances.
temee - is like saying (you (jerk!) flavored)
kisama - is like saying (you (bastard! flavored)) (its a level up in rudeness from temee imo)
well sometimes it depends on how its being said
KISAMA!!!!! Yelling would be YOU BASTARD!!!!!!
kisama in a sentence with a mellow voice would just be saying "you" in a 'i dont care if im rude to you' way and you dont feel much for the person you are talking to, or would like to give off that impression in your outward appearance.

Actually, people hardly say "anata" in regular speech; it's too awkward or formal. In the best case if you're talking to an acquaintance you'll want to just use their name (ex. Sagara-san wa...) when talking to them, or use "Kimi". Omae is fine to use if you're a guy, talking among friends. The only times you'll use Teme/Kisama are when you're either joking around or you're gonna rip someone's head off...
