seeing as if you were actually asking this question to someone... you wouldn't need to include the you part.. because it is inferred.
I have never seen a sentence constructed in this manner (kono no) In fact I have never seen any particles ever follow that word.
Do/will you buy this car is:
Kono kuruma wo kaimasu ka ?
or
Is it okay to buy this car?
Kono kuruma wo katte mo ii desu ka
