when japaense people write as much kanji as possible in the sentences, will chinese people understand the sentence by looking at kanji?
or way japanese use them is different and not communicable

pretty much the same.
but right now Chinese ppl use simplified version of kanji,
where Japanese ppl still use the original version of kanji.

and plus the grammer is diff in both languages. so i doubt it.

Japanese use lots of Kanji to help break apart the sentence, so that you can see where words end / begin.

Japanese doesn't use spaces... and reading an entire script written totally in hiragana.. would be really difficult.

The reason a lot of kanji is used is because it makes you appear more rigid and professional. Usually only kids use lots of hiragana because they don't know enough kanji yet.

As for chinese people understanding the characters... yes and no. A lot of characters have similar meanings, but because of different hiragana based verb conjugations, I doubt they would be able to understand the sentences' exact meaning.
