meant "I love you, and I will never leave you."?　then,
私は君を愛してる。決して君のもとから離れない。
(watashi wa kimi wo aishiteru. kesshite kimi no moto kara hanarenai.)

if it's words from male to female, the subject can be 僕 (boku) instead of 私 (watashi).
