ok so i followed the link from this outside website of "how to write japanese on xp", that i googled.

ok, sorry for posting outside link first.


i have a big problem , well i use opera browser and the japanese as said in that link, it's not recognizing d2jsp as "japanese text" even if i have international settings set to japanese from settings in my user CP.

if anybody else uses opera and knows how or can please explain to me what i have to do to be able to write japanese.


on my old PC which had the worst OS of all-time, windows ME, i simply downloaded the "japanese IME" from microsoft.com's download page.


but xp is different i'm told.

note; i do not own a windows xp cd-rom

ok just to correct myself i think its

Alt + Left Shift, and push it twice or 3 times, as the IME's installed on xp has 3 different *cores*
