I just read a post from before and this guy wanted to know why us Japanese can type so many symbols, it's cause we don't have english keyboards! Ours are in Symbolic Japanese characters instead of "A" "B"... etc..
Btw, I'm posting this topic cause I couldn't mention the keyboards before... 3 month rule. ;^;

You can type Japanese on an English keyboard without any problems, Windows XP is quite good at handling languages.

As for wondering why Japanese people can type so many "symbols," that's hardly the case. Chinese has way more characters whereas there are only a handful of Hiragana and Katakana (not counting Kanji in this case).

I want a kana keyboard plawks!
I think for chineese, you type the romaji and it converts/list possible kanji or something like that. That's what word does in a way.

Btw, why did you remove me Rina? ohmy.gif And what happened to your guild?

For Chinese you type in the sound and it lists possible matches, the sound is called "Pin Yin" and its spelt out in a similar fashion as romaji.

I removed mostly just aobut everyone...on a whim, kept the people I still talk to since I mostly have quit, sold my guild too ofc.
