It says..."onesama wa -something- de"

Sorry, I'm not familiar with katakana, only Hiragana.
And also I can only tell you waht it is in romanji, I'm not sure what the words actually mean.
Sorry, haha.

I'm guessing Onesama is a person

wa is a particle

and ビッグ is something I don't know...

the people above already said what it meant. I.E, "I'm big." and in romaji : "oresama ha bigge da"
