Japanese Greetings - Topic

good morning = ohayou gozaimasu (おはようございます)
good evening = konbanwa (こんばんは)
how are you = genki desuka (元気ですか) *casual and familiar*, ikaga osugoshi desuka (いかがお過ごしですか) *formal and polite*
i'm fine, and you = genki desu. anata wa? (元気です。あなたは?)

How are you is 'Ogenki Desuka'
