I was thinking of affection but its too strong and sincerity probably not.
I was also thinking of fondness or sentiment but doesn't really exactly explain it well either zzz.

its one of those words where its hard to explain thru words xD

If you put some other words in front of it to really tell someone what it means...
친구의 정 would be friendship you know.... I think 정 alone is hard to explain in English... aha
